Join me for yoga classes during the summer months on the lawn of Redfish Lake Lodge, 10 miles south of Stanley, Idaho.

Classes offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am.

All ages and abilities are welcome.

Mats and blocks provided.

$20 per class

$120 for 10 classes

Joyful movement in Community

My goal throughout every yoga class is to practice joy and build community. I laugh a lot. I tell jokes. I like to practice flexibility, patience, strength, and gratitude. My classes offer a safe space to embrace your inner child and have fun!

There is no beginner or advanced yoga in my book. My classes are accessible whether this is your first class or 100th.
